SHIPPING COSTS
When you enter your delivery address in the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
The package will be sent by courier, the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.
Shipping costs within the EU - VAT included:
Italy 9,00 €
Germany, Austria 18,00 €
All other EU countries 25,00 €
The postage costs include the packaging costs and delivery.
Shipping costs for countries outside the EU - VAT included:
UK 28,00 €
Switzerland, Norway and USA 38,00 €
Japan, South Korea, Canada, Israel, Turkey and Iceland 50,00 €
Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Argentina 60,00 €
The preparation of the customs documents and import permits 20,00 €
For non-EU countries, the delivery is tax-free, however, when receiving the parcel, the customer still has to pay an import sales tax from the customs authorities.
In view of the shipping and customs clearance costs, we recommend placing collective orders if possible.
RETURNS
The OboFit can be returned within 14 days (after receipt of the goods).
Please note that the postage costs for the return shipment will not be covered. We therefore do not provide a return shipping label. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

Für die Drittländer ist die Auslieferung steuerfrei, bei der Entgegennahme des Pakets fällt für den Kunden allerdings noch eine Einfuhrumsatzsteuer von Seiten der Zollbehörde an.
RÜCKSENDUNGEN
Der OboFit kann innerhalb von 14 Tagen (nach Erhalt der Ware) zurückgeschickt werden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Portokosten für die Rücksendung nicht übernommen werden. Wir stellen daher auch keinen Rücksendeschein zur Verfügung. Unfreie Rücksendungen werden nicht angenommen.

RESTITUZIONI
L'OboFit può essere restituito entro 14 giorni (dal ricevimento della merce).
Si prega di tener conto che i costi per il reso non sono coperti. Pertanto non forniamo un modulo di reso. I resi non prepagati non saranno accettati.
