Shipping costs

When you enter your delivery address into the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. 

The package will be sent by courier, the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days.

 

Shipping costs within the EU - VAT included: 

Italy 12,00 €

All other EU countries between 19,00 € and 25,00 €

The postage costs include the packaging costs and delivery.

 

Shipping costs to countries outside the EU - VAT included: 

UK, Switzerland, Norway 28,00 €

USA 48,00 €

Japan, South Korea, Canada, Israel, Turkey and Iceland 58,00 €

Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and Argentina 68,00 €
The preparation of the customs documents and import permits: 10,00 €

For non-EU countries, the delivery is tax-free, however, when receiving the parcel, the customer still has to pay an import sales tax from the customs authorities.

In view of the shipping and customs clearance costs, we recommend placing collective orders if possible.

 

Returns

The OboFit can be returned within 14 days (after receipt of the goods).

Please return the undamaged OboFit trainer in the original packaging or in a suitable shipping box. In addition to the recipient's address, the sender’s address should also be legibly attached.

Please note that the postage costs for the return shipment will not be covered. We therefore do not provide a return shipping label. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.

As soon as we receive the OboFit trainer, we will check and process it. After receiving a confirmation of receipt, it usually takes only a few working days for us to refund any invoice amounts that have already been paid.

New order instead of exchange

To ensure that our stock is as up to date as possible, we regret that we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to order an OboFit trainer in a different strength, please return the item to us in the regular manner and place a new order. The replacement item will also reach you much faster this way!
